Adult Therapy

Therapy can assist you in working out how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings and make positive changes. Talking about your thoughts and feelings can help you deal with times when you feel troubled about something or someone.

My work has focused on guiding adolescents, individuals, couples and families in developing healthy and effective communication styles and interactions as well as addressing specific issues and symptoms related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder related issues, bullying behavior, bully victim trauma, and mood disorders. Therapy is a collaborative process and one that thrives on a genuine and honest client-therapist relationship. We will explore all possibilities that will enable you to think about solutions to difficult problems, allowing you to live more fully, more in the present and with greater joy and fulfillment.

Welcome

Family/ Couples Therapy
Talking is an important part of our relationships. It can strengthen your ties with other people and help you stay in good mental health. Being listened to helps you feel that other people care about you and what you have to say.
